Refunds & Cancellations

Both plans start with a 14-day free trial of the SiteLead software, beginning when you sign up. If you cancel before the exact trial end date and time shown in your account or confirmation, you won't be charged for the subscription.

Cancelling on day 14 avoids the charge only if your request is received before that deadline. A cancellation email received at info@mysitelead.ca before the deadline counts, even if we process it afterward — and if our processing delay causes a subscription charge, we'll refund it.

To cancel, email info@mysitelead.ca from the email address on your SiteLead account and ask to cancel your subscription.

Growth and Full Partner subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep access to the software until then and won't be charged for another month.

We don't normally give partial refunds for the unused part of a paid month.

We refund duplicate or incorrect charges.

We'll also review your request if SiteLead can't provide a purchased service as agreed and can't resolve the problem. Where appropriate, we'll refund the part that wasn't delivered. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

We aim to review refund requests within five business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take about 5–10 business days to show the credit after it's issued.

The CA$999 one-time build fee is separate from the CA$299/month subscription. It's charged after the software trial, after you approve the written website scope, and before website work begins. The website isn't built during the trial.

If you cancel the website build:

• Before website work begins: full CA$999 refund.
• After planning/kickoff begins, before we deliver a first complete draft: CA$750 refund.
• After we deliver a first complete draft, before final delivery: CA$250 refund.
• After final delivery: normally non-refundable, unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope, and subject to applicable law.

If you cancel Full Partner while your website is being built, we'll pause the build and apply the schedule above. If you'd like us to finish it, we can offer a separate written arrangement.

Once the build fee is paid in full and the website is complete, you keep the completed website. Cancelling the software subscription ends included ongoing website care at the end of your paid period. We'll explain hosting and handoff arrangements in writing so you know how your site can stay live.
